Melissa
I grew up in snowy northern Wisconsin and graduated from UW-Madison aka Badger State when Madonna, Depeche Mode & AC/DC were all hot! Before settling in South Carolina, I was fortunate to be able to travel the globe and enjoyed a retail career spanning more than 30 years in all aspects including the designer and luxury field. Having worked as a women’s shoe buyer for Nordstrom and owning my own chain of designer shoe stores in beautiful New Jersey where I met my wonderful husband, Mark,…I am thankful that my travels brought me to the east coast and eventually to the sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach. I have called this area home for more than 16 years and worked in real estate here since 2018.
Service has always been important to me. When I first moved to the area things were very different, the economy had just gone through a major collapse, my husband and I had 3-year-old twins and a family member we needed to care for. Life was upside down and by providing great service and clear communication in all the work I did, I was able to get my Insurance and Real Estate licenses and start to flourish in my new hometown. My business philosophy is simple: Live and work by the Golden Rule, and your success will come back to you in the form of kind words, respect, trusted relationships and success. All this has helped me to build a strong foundation for a well-respected real estate business in an area that I love.
I am one of the top-selling agents in our Myrtle Beach Area. I have earned multiple industry designations and certifications and each year I continue to add to my educational repertoire. As the Team Leader for the Nordstrom Property Team, my focus is to assist Sellers to position their property so they can get top-dollar and optimize the process all the way to settlement. I want to help prepare your home so it is priced correctly, looks clean & polished, and ready for offers & inspections. For our Buyers, it is important to me that they are fully apprised of the buying process and have sound expectations to optimize the buying experience and purchase a property that really hits the bullseye.

Suriva
Suriva Fischer is a native New Yorker that now calls the Grand Strand home. Having over 13 years of real estate experience, she has joined the KW Nordstrom Property Team here in the sunny Myrtle Beach Area to help Buyers & Sellers reach their real estate goals.
She has lived in Nashville, TN since 2010 and before that in Las Vegas, NV for 15 years. Suriva is the proud mom of twenty-something twin girls who both reside in NYC and are successfully chasing their individual performing arts careers.
